My Tickets

To open tickets and enter with email verification or a passkey, you must have verified within the last 12 hours. The order link shows that order's tickets without extra verification. This is separate from how long the browser stays signed in (up to 30 days).

Even if you deleted the purchase email, you can get your tickets again here with the email used at purchase. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and the address you entered, then resend after 60 seconds. If you cannot receive email or entered the wrong address, ask door staff for in-venue recovery with ID verification.
